    Make sure you have something sturdy to hold onto for part of the workout. Back of chair, table edge. We work hip mobility, Shin and calf protection and we are keeping our ankles strong.

  • Bonita Apple BUNS

    Focus on Buns + Abs. Do you have resistance bands? You can modify and use a rolled up t-shirt knotted together or use nothing at all. You are still working. Expect to do squats, lunges and deadlifts.

  • Butter Body Burn

    A combination of all the classes and we are burning! Strength + Sculpt this class has it all. Cardio driven and burning your body! Push yourself and have a good time combining all the sets. If we were in person in the studio, this class would be stations

    Focus on Thighs + Triceps. Triceps don't always get a lot of love but we definitely work them in this 30 minute class. Dumbbells, Gallon water jugs, kettlebells; utilize what you have around you or nothing at all. We are sweating it out and making strong bodies.

    Stretch, Tone and Lengthen your muscles with active movement. Take 30 minutes to find your center and stretch out the tension.

  • I Got CORE On It

    Keep the rotation going in this combo class! A whole body workout that follows the dynamic flow of barre, but kicks it up with the addition of core ball moves!

    The #1 attended class! Full body workout with boxing, cardio and Taekwondo influences. We have fun with it and we sweat it out! I like to use weights for added strength training. You can adjust the workout to fit your needs.
